Kyani of Idaho Falls, ID is looking to hire both full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives / Customer Support Specialists. With offices in both Idaho Falls, ID and Rexburg, ID, we have a need for people who speak various languages including English, Spanish, French, Korean, and Mandarin Chinese!

This Customer Service Representative / Customer Support Specialist position starts at $13.00/hr plus language differentials. Plus an opportunity for a $1 per hour increase within the initial first 9 months! Amazing benefits and perks include:

As a Customer Service Representative / Customer Support Specialist, you are on the front lines of our Customer Support Center. You are passionate about ensuring that each of our business partners and customers have the best possible experience with our products and company. You provide all aspects of support from a friendly "hello" down to the nitty gritty of getting orders placed and issues sorted out, while keeping detailed logs of all your interactions. Whether through online chats, on the phone, or in emails, your warm, friendly personality comes through in all your interactions. With your excellent product knowledge and communication skills, you easily upsell Kyni products and promotions as appropriate.

You have all the knowledge and resources necessary to resolve customer questions on your own, in addition, you have support via your team and leadership always available. In any case, you know how to make sure that your clients always know that they are in good hands and you truly care. We can't continue to grow without the world-class customer service that you provide to our partners and customers, and you love the excitement of being on the front lines of a rapidly growing company!


  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Chat

Our call center hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00pm and Saturday from 9:00 to 5:00 pm. Hours vary, but you would be scheduled 40 hours per week if you are full-time. Part-time schedules are flexible.
